What Are Your Pricing and Packages?

Pricing is subject to session-specific variables.

What Is The Photographers Central Location?

Photographers' central location for booking photo sessions in Newton and Rockdale Counties.

What Are Location Fees?

Location fees may be added to the base price of a photoshoot. These fees may apply to sessions outside the photographer's primary service area or to cover venue entrance fees.

What Is Considered An Entry Fee?

An entry fee is any charge levied for admission to an establishment.

How Are These Additional Cost Applied?

Travel expenses beyond the photographer's primary service area will be determined by travel time and the current federal milage rate. Entrance fees will be calculated for both the photographer and potentially their creative director. Both travel and entrance fees may apply too a single session. These cost will be itemized in our initial proposal to prospective clients before scheduling a session.

Are There Additional Fees For Travel, Editing, Or Prints?

Details reguarding travel expenses and location-specific charges are in the FAQ sections "What Are Location Cost?" and "What Is Consider An Entry Fee?"

The editing is included in the overalll fee; there are no additional charges.

The client will not be supplied prints at this time. A vendor list for print services is available upon request.

Do You Offer Discounts For Multiple Sessions Or Referrals?

Currently, no discounts are offered.

Do You Offer Payment Plans?

Payment plans are not currently available.

Is A Deposit Required?

For certain sessions, a security deposit, representing a partial payment will be required. This deposit will be deducted from the total session cost.

The security deposit due 48 hours before the scheduled session. The remaining balance is due within 48 hours of product delivery.

How Will I Make My Payments?

Payment methods acceptable include cash, checks payable to Johnathan Tatman, or CashApp transfer to $JohnathanTatman.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy ?

Please cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled photoshoot to receive a full refund of your down payment.

Do You Have A Contract?

Contracts are available upon request.

Please note that email correspondence can constitute a legally binding contract if it includes all necessary contractual elements; a clear offer, acceptance, consideration, and intention to create legal relations.

Therefore, explicit agreement within the email may be legally enforceable.

How Do I Book A Session?

Kindly proceed to the "Contact" section and complete the required fields. A response via email will be forthcoming within 48 hours of your submission.

How Far In Advance Should I Book A Session?

To ensure your preferred date, please make sure your reservation is set as soon as possible.

What Type of Photography Sessions Do You Offer?

The main focus of photography is centered around, sports, portraits, and family sessions. If you have needs beyond those three types of sessions, please inquire.

Do You Offer In-Studio and On-Location Sessions?

All sessions will be conducted on-location; currently no studio facilities are available.

What Are Your Availability For Weekends And Evenings?

Weekend and evening appointments are available; however, please note that evening availability is limited due to natural light constraints. Evening sessions must commence no later than 90 minutes prior to sunset, and scheduling will vary seasonally.

Are You Available For Destination Photography?

Photography shoot locations will be selected based on proximity. Further details are available in the FAQ section, "What Are Location Cost?"

How Long Does A Typical Session Last?

Session duration will vary depending on the session type.

Please allocate one hour for family and portrait sessions.

For sports, the photographer will be on-site for pre-game, in-game, and a limited post-game period to cover the sporting event.

What Happens If The Weather Is Bad For Outdoor Shoots?

Should inclement weather prevent the photoshoot, we will promptly reschedule the session at a mutually agreed upon time for both the client and the photographer.

What Should I Wear To My Photoshoot?

Please select attire suitable for the photoshoot, taking into account water conditions to ensure your comfort throughout your session.

Comfortable footwear is essential, as some locations may require way;king; consider bringing an additional pair of shoes if needed.

Can I Make a Wardrobe Change During The Session?

While wardrobe adjustments are permissible, please understand that outfit changes will reduce the available session time.
Therefore, minimizing the number of changes and simplifying the process is recommended.

Can I Include Pets OR Props In The Session?

Yes.
Pets and personal props are permitted during the session; however, please ensure that the chosen location is pet-friendly and your pet is people-friendly.

The photographer will not supply any props.

Do You Provide Guidance For Posing?

We will provide guidance for posing.

Please inform us of any specific posing preferences; we will accommodate your request.

How will my photos be delivered?

Image delivery will be facilitated via a Google Drive link and / or a Pixieset gallery link.
A passcode for the Pixieset gallery access will be emailed upon image upload.

How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Pictures?

Kindly allow a minimum of two weeks for delivery of your completed photographs.

The maximum delivery timeframe is one month; you will receive an update should any unforeseen delays arise.

The photographer may provide a preview of the session by sharing a selection of images prior to the final delivery.

How Long Will My Pictures Be Available For Download?

High-resolution images will be accessible for download for ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. A reminder notification will be sent to the client sixty (60) days post-delivery, advising them of the thirty (30) days remaining for image retrieval.

Following the 90 day period, the photographer will archive the images to an external hard drive. The photographer's website may retain the images beyond this timeframe.

How Many Photos Will I Receive?

The number of photographs will vary depending on the session.

Do I the customer own the photographs taken?

You as the customer has rights to print and display any photographs taken. You do not have the right to sale any photos or to using any photos taken by the photographer for any gain, monetary or otherwise. The photographer and Johnathan Tatman Photography owns all rights to any and all photos taken during any session and may use any photo taken and has the right to use them as the photograph fells.

How else will my photos be used?

Client images may be utilized across all business and personal social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube, to promote Johnathan Tatman Photography.

Can I Post The Photos On Social Media?

Authorization is granted to post on all social media platforms.

Please refrain from editing or cropping any images.

While not mandatory, acknowledging and tagging the photograph's social media accounts, "Johnathan Tatman Photography' is highly appreciated!

Do You Offer Photo Restoration Or Editing For Old Images?

We currently do not offer photo restoration services for old or damaged images.

However, limited image editing for damaged or old photos may be possible.

Please submit the images you wish to have assessed, and we will determine the feasibility of improvements.

If improvements re deemed possible , we will contact you with details and pricing.


Please be advised that we will bot edit photographs taken by other professional photographers or studios within the last 5 years.

Clients should contact the original photographer or studio regarding editing services before contacting us.

Videography services are currently unavoidable.
